Welcome and Key Information
St. Cuthbert’s Pre-School became part of St Cuthbert’s Infant School on 1st February 2017 after being voluntary committee run as a registered charity since 1965.
The Pre-School has been on the Infant School site since 2006 and moved into its current classrooms at the heart of the school in September 2016.
We welcome children from ages 2 to 4 years from all local areas.
We are able to offer support to children with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, and children who are learning English as a additional language.
Our setting aims to:
- Provide high quality care and education for children below statutory school age
- Work in partnership with parents to help children to learn and develop
- Add to the life and well-being of the local community
- Offer children and their parents a service which promotes equality and values diversity.
Our Pre-school has disabled access for adults and children.
As we are part of the Infants School, our children can make a smooth transition and settle easily into reception classes. We also have use of the Infant School’s facilities.
Our session times are as follows:
Morning Session (without lunch) 09:00 – 11:45
